I am my mothers daughter for sure! I love to take pictures and Aaron is a really good sport about it but I think in this one he was about ready to tell me no more! hehehe!

Here is Aaron with his second turkey of the season! I was able to go along with him this hunt and, oh boy, did I enjoy it! This was one of the few times that he was glad I never leave home without my camera!!

Aaron and I celebrated our one year anniversary of dating this past saturday also. Me being my mothers daughter I was on the ball the night we met and so we have a picture from May 2nd, 2008 and a year later May 2nd, 2009! However the weather was as different as night and day! A year ago we met while we were trapped together for two days while 6 feet of snow covered the Black Hills overnight and this year we celebrated in the sunshine and 60 degree weather!

Here is a picture of our little house on the hill! It's quite cozy if I do say so myself!

Last weekend the weather cooperated with the Lead track meet and I was able to watch Colby for the first time this year!! After the meet was over Mom, Dad, and Colby ventured a few blocks down and came to our house for supper! It was a wonderful evening full of great food (made by Aaron), and even more wonderful conversation! Colby also had a quickly approaching birthday so we had a surprise cake awaiting her for dessert! It was a wonderful night and I'm so glad they were able to make it!
